Site Selection and Rate Negotiation
NTA America will offer you a meeting director who will not only help you select a site, but negotiate special rates for meeting rooms, accommodations, banquets, and whatever social functions you may wish to add. You want the hospitality room? Just ask. We'll get it and at the best rate possible.
Save On Airfare, Too
Your NTA meeting director will negotiate discounted fares with major airlines, and attendees from all over the United States can take advantage of this. When ticketing, our travel consultants will compare the contracted airfare with the best published airfare of the day to maximize your savings on tickets.
Once the meeting's outline is decided, NTA America will create a special homepage announcing your meeting, and you can provide the URL to all expected participants. The homepage will be linked to a Registration/Travel Request Form, which the participants can fill out and send electronically. Our travel consultants will book the flights and send the flight schedule via e-mail to each participant for approval. Once the flights have been confirmed, NTA America will produce a list of registrants, a hotel manifest and a ground-transportation manifest and send these lists to the appropriate vendors.
