Kansai International Airport (KIX):

The airport operation is still suspended. Please check with each airline for your flight information. Trains are still suspended. KIX announce that they will resume A PART of domestic flight from tomorrow using Terminal 2. They will run the shuttle bus from Rinku Town Station to KIX.

OSAKA:

The following facilities are RESUMED as of 9/6
Universal Studio Japan
Umeda Sky Building
Rinku Premium Outlet(partial)

MOUNT KOYA:

The operation of Nankai Line to Mt. Koya is still suspended, including the cable car. It might take 3 to 4 days to recover. Roads are safe and you could take a taxi. Alternative shuttle buses started between HASHIMOTO station and Mt. Koya Station (6:30-19:00).

KYOTO:

Nijo-jo castle is partially opened.
Kiyomizu temple and the Golden Pavilion are safe and in operation.
The JR lines between Kyoto to Kanazawa is operating normally.
