Kansai International Airport (KIX):

The airport expects its full recovery on Sep 21st

Regarding the access to the airport from the city, the bridge is fixed, and the trains have been resumed the operation since today, Sep 18.

The limousine bus is also running on the regular schedule.
The alternative free shuttle bus from the Rinku town station to the KIX airport has ended its service yesterday, Sep 17.
Please plan to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure at latest because the check-in counters are very crowded.
