  • You can book less than 10 participants. We require the name of the person representing the group.
  • Please enter the selected tour dates. We will not be able to confirm a tour date that starts within 14 days or starts 6 months after the time of order. If you place an order within those dates, we will automatically cancel your order.
  • Children under 6 years old may participate for free, but will not be provided seats or meal services.
  • For orders of more than 10 participants, we would need to check for availability first, please kindly contact us at support@ntaamerica.com

Cancellation Charges

  • 8 or more days prior to the date: No charge.
  • 7 days to 2 days prior to the tour date: 10% of the tour fare.
  • 1 day prior to the tour date: 20% of the tour fare.
  • Prior to the starting time of the tour: 50% of the tour fare.
  • On or after the tour date: 100% of the tour fare.


Visit the photogenic Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of Torii Gates. Also, visit Byodoin Temple, listed as a World Heritage Site as a part of the "Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto”.

  • Please wear comfortable shoes as this is an on foot tour


Assemble at the Nippon Travel Agency office in Kyoto Station
Round trip by JR line to Fushimi and Uji

Fushimi Inari Shrine
  • Take the JR line from Kyoto Station to Inari Station
  • Fushimi Inari Shrine is one of the oldest Shinto Shrines in Japan
  • It is famous for its one thousand of Torii gates
Byodoin Temple
  • Take the JR line from Inari Station to Uji Station and walk around Uji
  • Established in the 11th century, the Byodoin Temple is recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site
Tea Ceremony
  • Enjoy the experience of a Japanese tea ceremony
  • Please be aware that you might be put together with other groups
Return to Kyoto Station by JR and the tour will disband at Kyoto Station
