You can book less than 10 participants. We require the name of the person representing the group.
For orders of more than 10 participants, we would need to check for availability first, please kindly contact us below.

15 or more days prior to the date: No charge.
14 days to 4 days prior to the tour date: 30% of the tour fare.
3 days prior to the tour date or no show: 100% of the tour fare.

Itinerary may be changed due to weather, traffic and operational reasons
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes
The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons
Customers who need Lunch options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
We do not supply any extra drop off service
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way
