• Please read the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the reservation.
• Please enter the selected tour dates. We will not be able to confirm a tour date that starts within 14 days or starts 6 months after the time of order. If you place an order within those dates, we will automatically cancel your order.
• Children 2 and under may participate for free, but will not be provided seats or meal services.
• You can book less than 10 participants. We require the name of the person representing the group.
• For orders of more than 10 participants, we would need to check for availability first, please kindly contact us below.

15 or more days prior to the date: No charge.
14 days to 4 days prior to the tour date: 30% of the tour fare.
3 days prior to the tour date or no show: 100% of the tour fare.

• Itinerary may be changed due to weather, traffic and operational reasons
• Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes
• We do not supply any extra drop off service
• If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way
