*Due to guidance, the JR Pass can not be sold to Japanese Passport holders through online sales. We no longer sell to Japanese Passport holders.
*We require a minimum of 3 business days for processing, please order at least 2 weeks before your departure.
*The pickup option is available only at the Los Angeles office. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM (excluding national holidays).
*Any passes issued by NTA America Inc. have "NTA USA GLA" as the place of issue. For purchases from other issuers, you will need to contact them directly regarding refunds or cancellations.
